Why TradingPrimer exists
Most people lose money in markets not because trading is impossible, but because they were never taught it in the right order. TradingPrimer is our answer: a free, structured path from "what is a candle?" to your first well-managed trade — written the way we wish someone had written it for us.
WHO IS BEHIND THIS
- TradingPrimer — the team publishing daily macro and crypto market analysis at @TradingPrimer. Every lesson here is written from screen time and real losses, not from theory.
- Editorial standard: every figure is sourced and dated; anything approximate is labelled as such; nothing is published that we would not act on ourselves.
- What we never do: buy/sell recommendations, price predictions, "signals", or profit promises. Affiliate links to exchanges are disclosed and never change an assessment.
- Corrections: found an error? Tell us on @TradingPrimer — corrections are made openly and the update date on the page changes.
Who writes this
Cuongboss · editor of TradingPrimer · @TradingPrimer on X
Cuongboss is the pen name of the trader who runs TradingPrimer. He trades crypto with his own money and wrote the trading course this curriculum is built from. He also teaches that course in Vietnamese on his YouTube channel Master Cường Boss. Lessons and guides are drafted with AI assistance from that course material, checked against real chart and exchange data, and published under his editorial rules below. One voice, one set of rules: show the working behind every number, risk before strategy, and never sell signals.

Why a pen name? Trading education attracts scammers who impersonate real people. Publishing as Cuongboss keeps readers able to hold one consistent editor accountable — every correction is answered from @TradingPrimer — without exposing a private identity.
How the site works
Everything follows one spine: The Primer Path, 53 lessons across 12 stages, ordered so that risk management arrives before strategies and psychology before both. Around it sit the calculators that turn lessons into habits, a glossary in plain English, and market analysis that explains what moves mean — never what to buy.
The rules we write by
① Education, never advice — we teach mechanics, you make decisions.
② No predictions, no signals, no income claims — ever.
③ Risk first: every strategy lesson starts with what can go wrong.
④ Sources cited, numbers dated, corrections logged.
⑤ Affiliate links never decide content — full policy.
How we fund it
The curriculum, tools and analysis are free and stay free. When a lesson reaches the point where a reader genuinely needs an exchange account to practice, we link the exchanges we actually use, and some of those links pay us a commission at no cost to you. That's the whole business model, and it is disclosed on every page it touches. If we ever have to choose between the commission and the honest answer, the commission loses — a reader who trusts us in year five is worth more than any referral fee in year one.
