What is Aave?
Aave is one of the largest DeFi lending protocols: users deposit crypto to earn interest and borrow against it, with rates set by supply and demand and positions liquidated automatically if collateral falls. AAVE is the governance and safety-module token.
What to know before trading AAVE
A DeFi governance token gives a vote, not necessarily a share of revenue. Its price tracks usage of the protocol and the wider appetite for DeFi; read what the token actually entitles you to before treating it like equity.
Whatever the coin, the arithmetic is the same: decide the dollar risk first, place the stop where the idea is wrong, and let the stop-loss calculator turn it into a size. If you are new, Lesson 1 and Lesson 2 come before any chart.
