What is OKB?
OKB is the token of the OKX exchange and its X Layer network: it gives fee discounts and access to launches on OKX and pays gas on X Layer. Like other exchange tokens its price follows the exchange’s activity and buyback policy.
What to know before trading OKB
An exchange token rises and falls with the venue that issues it: volumes, fee revenue, buybacks and regulatory news about the exchange move it more than the broader market does. Concentration risk is the word to remember.
